DEAR EDITOR -- It is not feasible to have 4,000 people trying to discuss a constitution at once. I do not believe even the United States or British constitution was done by a million people at one go. What is the role of the MPs and lawyers then?

The majority through their Members of Parliament can always say what they want included in the supreme law of the land. NGOs and irrelevant activists should stop misleading people, and the people should actually refuse to be confused and be led like yoked oxen.

We are taking this democracy thing too far. We must be very careful as a country not to be divided by NGOs. Now tell me if everyone from all corners of the country is at the Harare International Conference Centre.
