Chitimukulu accuses Sata of hating, disrespecting him

PARAMOUNT chief Chitimukulu of the Bemba people in Northern Province yesterday charged that Michael Sata hates and disrespects him.

Reacting to Patriotic Front (PF) president Sata’s comment that President Rupiah Banda was achieving a lot of development in people’s pockets like Paramount chief Chitimukulu’s pocket, Chitimukulu - speaking through his wife Shipikisha - said Sata had a natural hatred for him.

“Where would Chitimukulu get that wealth Sata is talking about? You are doing well by getting to us on what is being said, because some may think you are the ones who want to be embarrassing the chief. Others work towards writing for the purpose of selling newspapers, but you don’t want to embarrass the nation,” Chitimukulu said, adding that Sata had seen how compassionate he was and so he wanted to disturb that for some personal gain.

He said Sata had natural hatred for Chitimukulu, the same he did with his predecessor. He said Sata has just transferred his hatred to the current Chitimukulu from his predecessor. Chitimukulu said he failed to understand why Sata hated him.
