Raila should go slow on Zimbabwe

BBC Nairobi correspondent Karen Allen recently said that the comments made by Raila Odinga on Zimbabwe “are some of the strongest by an African leader against Mr Mugabe.”
Where is Raila getting this kind of arrogance from? Like Zimbabwe, Kenya is sitting on a ticking time bomb.
The land tenure system in Kenya, inherited from the British colonial cheats, makes it possible for the Kikuyu, the Maasai, the Kalenjin, the Luo, and other Kenyans to be tenants in their own supposedly independent country. Raila should not lull himself to sleep. This situation will explode.
It is good, however, that not everybody is naive.
At least African intellectuals have spoken. They are telling Raila to mind his words.
At the 12th General Assembly of Codesria in Yaounde, Cameroon, some 135 African scholars issued a statement to denounce what the Railas, the Bushes and all the Browns of this world are trying to suggest.
