DEAR EDITOR - Can someone serious advise the Prime Minister Morgan Tsvangirai to change his advisors. His comments on the the Indigenization and Empowerment Law is embarassing to the hilt.
Who on this earth does he think he is to pronounce a law that was passed by parliament 'null and void'? If parliament processes that gave birth to the law are not due process then what is?
The PM must be reminded that when the bill was passed he was at the time not the prime minister of Zimbabwe. Even if he was, he alone cannot nullify a law passed by parliament.
Being a policy formulator does not empower the position of prime minister to nullify laws passed by parliament. Tsvangirai is thoroughly compromised.
Every Zimbabwean worth the citizenship knows that and the sooner the prime minister realises that he cannnot stop the revolution the better.
Someone please educate our PM.
Zimbabwe, we will sweat our blood and go the full length in defence of our soils, resources and sovereignty
