(SOWETAN) ‘Terre-Blanche must not be buried on African soil’

‘Terre-Blanche must not be buried on African soil’
8 April 2010

The Pan Africanist Youth Congress of Azania (Payco) today objected to the burial of Eugene Terreblanche tomorrow.

"ET does not deserve to be buried on African soil. He must be buried somewhere in his Volkstaat in the Indian Ocean," the movement said in a statement.

"ET has been anti-Africa and Africans throughout his racist life and burying him on African soil would be an insult to African people."

Referring to the suspects arrested for his murder, Payco said:

"We also demand that the trial of courageous men who put an end to ET’s racism must be moved out of Ventersdorp racist town. This case must not be handled by a white judge or prosecutor.

"The demon of white supremacy and racism must be exorcised from our country. We hope that other white racists have learned a lesson through this heroic armed struggle by two African men against the diseased symbol of archaic white supremacy."
