ZIMBABWE Justice and Legal Affairs Minister Patrick Chinamsa will Wednesday December 15 appear before the parliamentary portfolio committee on Mines and Energy to give oral evidence on the circumstances leading to the Government take over of Shabanie Mashaba Mines (SMM) through the reconstruction laws.
SMM Holdings owner and businessman Mutumwa Mawere last month gave his side of the story disputing the take over of his empire by Government. - (Watch out for the update-The Herald)
