(HERALD) Tsvangirai lacks vision

Tsvangirai lacks vision

EDITOR — I am an MDC-T activist and through this My reasons for feeling as such are as follows:

My reasons for feeling as such are as follows:

l As MDC-T, we need to move on for development and for the benefit of the nation;
l Zimbabwe comes first and not personal interests;
l If Tsvangirai wants to stay out of the country alone, leaving his country, his party and the people who believe in him, then he should apply to be a citizen of that country wherever he is.

Inga President vadzoka kubva kunze vachisiya leave for the love of his people? (Hasn’t President Mugabe cut short his leave and returned to Zimbabwe for the love of his people). President Mugabe appreciates the situation in this nation.

Tsvangirai cannot make decisions on his own.

The advice he is getting from other people on matters to do with this country can only work in favour of the persons pretending to be giving him advice.

I feel that he does not know what he wants, he does not even know who he is and he does not believe in himself.

The impression I have now is that Tsvangirai lacks vision, knowledge, understanding, leadership qualities and sound reasoning.

I believe my fellow MDC-T activists should think of moving on now.

They should consider passing a vote of no confidence in this man who is going round and round like a roundabout.

To be honest, I now seriously doubt his suitability for the post of Prime Minister that he was given under the political deal.

Talks or no talks, President Mugabe and everyone else in this country deserve a better man to hold the serious position of Prime Minister, someone who can help in taking Zimbabwe through the problems it is facing right now.

We are not going anywhere with Tsvangirai and I bet my last coin that nothing is going to come out of our hopes.

What is so special about Tsvangirai? After all, he is not the most learned man in MDC-T who can take up the post of Prime Minister.

Let us choose another leader to represent MDC-T now or follow the President and Arthur Mutambara.

Kudzanayi Musakanyi.
Harare.
