THE United States African Development Foundation (USADF) has signed three grant agreements to assist cooperatives in Zambia.
According to a statement released yesterday by USDAF chairman Jack Leslie, the grant will finance improvements in production and training, among others.
The recipients are Mansa Pastors Fellowship Cooperative Society Limited, Mumwa Crafts Association in Mongu and Nangweshi Cooperative Society in Shangombo district in the Western Province.
USDAF which started operating in Zambia in 2003 has a portfolio of 36 investment projects, totaling more than US$6 million.
