(TALKZIMBABWE) Biti urged to be sensitive to farmers

COMMENT - The MDC are traitors. They know the land reform program cannot fail on it's own, so they are going to defund it, after conspiring with the US government to destroy the national currency through ZDERA. They are saboteurs.

Minister of Youth Development, Indigenisation and Empowerment, Saviour Kasukuwere
THE Minister of Youth Development, Indigenisation and Empowerment, has urged the Ministry of Finance to be sensitive to the farmers’ plight, by increasing funding for agriculture as it is one of the major contributors to the country’s Gross Domestic Product.

Speaking at a Maize Field Day held at his Corncopia Farm in Mazowe, Saviour Kasukuwere urged the Minister of Finance, Tendai Biti, to stop using party politics to derail the Land Reform Programme as it is a government’s initiative which deserves support in order to boost the country’s economy.

Mashonaland Central Provincial Administrator, Josphat Jaji said, despite the illegal economic sanctions imposed on the country and lack of funding from the financial sector, the Land Reform Programme has been successful.

Kasukuwere planted 28 hectares of maize seed this season among a variety of other crops planted on the farm.

The field day was attended by Deputy Minister of Education, Art, Sports and Culture, Lazarous Dokora, Zanu-PF Mashonaland leadership and farmers within the area.
