FOOD Reserve Agency (FRA) executive director Dr Anthony Mwanaumo has been arrested by the Anti Corruption Commission (ACC) for abuse of authority. High placed sources yesterday said Dr Mwanaumo was arrested on Tuesday and would appear in court in February 18, 2009.
Efforts to get a comment and details from the ACC proved futile as they could not be reached for comment by press time. When contacted for a comment, Dr Mwanaumo said he was not available for comment on the matter.
